HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION

Click the VGen button above and select the type of commission you want (If all slots are full or commissions are closed, you wont be able to make a request)

Read the terms and fill out the request form.

I will receive your request, make adjustments if needed, and then send it back to you.

Once you accept and pay, you will be added to a queue. Wait to hear back from me with progress updates through DMs or VGen. Please join the discord server so you can DM me. I won't accept friend requests.

Commissions will be declined or refunded if they include NSFW, heavy gore, or politics.

Commissions typically take 1–3 weeks to complete, depending on my current queue, but may take longer. If you have a specific deadline, please submit your request well in advance. When you submit a request through VGen, I will always set the guaranteed delivery date 6 weeks from the request date, regardless of the expected completion time. This gives me a reasonable buffer for unexpected circumstances and long queues.
Why these prices?
Prices are based on how long each piece takes and my experience. Prices are subject to change. Pre-made commission types are ready for purchase on VGen. For commissions that fall outside of the categories listed on VGen, you can contact me through discord or submit a custom inquiry.
Policy
I reserve the right to decline any commission that falls outside my skill set or that I am otherwise uncomfortable working on.
Payment
Payment must be made 100% upfront. Once payment is confirmed, your commission will be added to my active queue.
Progress Updates & Revisions
I provide progress updates throughout the commission process, typically at the sketch, line art, flat color, and finished stage.
During the sketch phase, you may request changes and revisions free of charge.Once I confirm that you are satisfied with the sketch I will tell you I will "finalize" it. In which case, the sketch phase is over and you are limited to minor changes. An additional fee may incur depending on the complexity of the change request.Corrections to mistakes on my end (such as incorrect colors, missing details, or other errors) are free of charge.
Deadlines & Delivery
Most commissions are completed within 1-2 weeks of them being started. Delivery times may be longer when there is an active queue.You are welcome to contact me at any time for a progress update.If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance significantly delays your commission, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimate. If I am ultimately unable to complete your commission within 2 months, you may request a full refund.Final files will be delivered through VGen or via a Google Drive link in Discord private messaging. If you require additional file formats, not listed in the commission description or request form, please let me know before I begin the commission.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds once work has begun, except when I am unable to fulfill the commission request within 2 months.If you are unhappy with the finished artwork, please contact me first so we can discuss a reasonable solution. I will do my best to address legitimate concerns or corrections.Fraudulent chargebacks made in violation of these Terms of Service may be reported to VGen and other artists.
Use
Unless specified in the commission description, all commissions are for personal and commercial content use only.Commercial use for content and promotional purposes is allowed and free of charge unless specified in the commission description. This includes streams, videos, advertisements, backgrounds, and digital models.Selling or directly monetizing the artwork itself—such as through merchandise, prints, digital products, or paywalled content—requires an additional commercial merchandising fee.
Copyrighted References
By submitting any references, including bases, templates, or other copyrighted materials that you ask me to replicate, modify, or closely follow, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to authorize their use for this commission.You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted references and request do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
